This is an opportunity to give back to those who serve. There are two community manager positions available within our client’s organization. The southwest property is a 200+ housing unit community. Act as the senior representative responsible for all phases of operations including administration, leasing, budget preparation and control as well as direct maintenance. Develop and follow up on resident satisfaction surveys, train and mentor the staff, prioritize waiting lists, etc. The Southeast property has around 600 units of housing. Same responsibilities as above. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multifamily experience, CPM/ARM designation, Degreed, professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and of course the cherry on top would be someone with military experience.
