An opportunity to give back to those who serve. There are two Director positions available within our client’s organization. Mid-Atlantic is comprised of approximately 2000+ housing unit military homes. Act as the senior representative responsible for all phases of operations including administration, leasing, budget preparation and control as well as direct maintenance. Develop and follow up on resident satisfaction surveys, train and mentor the staff, prioritize waiting lists, etc. This is a new acquisition so it is important that the candidate is able to navigate through and lead through change management. Southeast position is very similar as it has around 2000 units of housing and is also a new acquisition. Same responsibilities as above. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of multi-site multifamily experience, CPM/ARM designation, Degreed, professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and of course the cherry on top would be someone with military experience.
