This person will be part of the FHA department which processes, underwrites and closed FHA loans. Supervise two to three full time employees. Obtain information from borrowers for loan processing, complete and review all necessary HUD forms required for submission, assist the Chief Underwriter in commitments and closing. Work closely with the HUD field offices. The ideal candidate has established and good relationships with the local HUD offices of Freddie/Fannie, and three to five years FHA processing and closing experience and an understanding of HUD field office protocol. First preference is given to local candidates.
